2. Projects & approvals

All work is quoted for in writing. We'll agree a scope, schedule and fees before we begin. Changes to the agreed scope may affect timings and pricing.

3. Invoices & payment

Unless otherwise agreed, projects are typically billed with a deposit on booking and a balance on completion. Payment terms and methods will be clearly stated on each invoice.

4. Content & usage

We'll confirm where and how you intend to use video and digital assets, and supply appropriate formats. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to use any logos, music or other third‑party content you provide.

5. Data & privacy

Any personal information you share with us – for example through our contact form or mailing tools – will be handled securely and only used for the purposes you have agreed to.
